Christoph Raab: Now an Attorney at Law at Binder Grösswang
Christoph Raab LL.M. (KCL) (28) has been strengthening Binder Grösswang’s competition law team as an attorney at law since the middle of October.
“I will continue to support my team and, above all, our clients, with full commitment and innovative solutions in my new capacity,” says Christoph Raab.
His areas of specialization include domestic and EU competition law, domestic and EU merger control, and follow-on litigation for damages. He also advises on compliance issues and on carrying out internal investigations and eDiscovery audits.

Christoph Raab joined Binder Grösswang in 2022. He passed the Austrian bar examination in December 2021. Previously, he had gathered experience working for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Brussels, Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte in Vienna, and as a law intern at the Vienna Regional Court of Appeals. Christoph studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur., 2016) and completed postgraduate studies at King’s College London (LL.M., 2018).
He publishes regularly in national and international law journals on topical legal issues, particularly in the field of competition law.
